If all goes according to plan, in a few weeks the members of UCWC will vote on calling a new settled minister. As we draw closer to that date, there are many opinions about what the new minister should be like, and what he/she should do. While Bill does not know who the congregation will call, he does have a lot of experience with ministers and congregational calls. He will draw on over 20 years of working with ministers to talk about what UCWC will and will not get in a new minister.
