I grew up amongst over three hundred acres of fruit trees in orchards carefully nurtured by my father; but, what he did not know back then is the more recent discoveries that trees have an intricate communication system that makes a forest and even an orchard a living system, not just a lot of individual trees. Humans, too, need such a network of connection.
