Every Sunday morning a small group gathers for meditation. Sometimes it’s in silence, sometimes it’s with recorded music or chants, and sometimes it’s a combination. It’s always, however, a time for quietly exploring our inner selves and breathing—just breathing.
If you’ve never meditated before, don’t feel intimidated. We can help you with a brief introduction to the practice and some tips. If you’ve meditated but only do it sporadically, that’s fine. This is just an opportunity, open to everyone, to come and breathe and let go and set aside one half-hour each week to devote to quiet.
